Why use rubber dam?
It isolates the tooth, keeping the working area dry and free of saliva, and helps protect the patient from swallowing or inhaling small instruments, materials, debris and irrigants.
Can the kit be autoclaved?
The clamps, clamp forceps and punch are stainless steel and can be steam sterilised in the autoclave. Follow your autoclave's loading guidance, and reprocess each item as its own instructions advise.
