FAQs
Should I choose the narrow or wide Z bend plier?
Narrow suits tight interbracket spans, typically anteriorly. Wide suits longer spans and heavier wire. Practices doing a lot of finishing often keep both.
How should the plier be cared for?
Clean and dry it fully before autoclaving, and keep the joint free of debris. Wire-bending pliers last longest when they are not used as cutters, which rounds the beaks and shortens their working life.
What material is this instrument made from?
It is made from hardened Japanese-standard (JIS) SUS 410J1 stainless steel and withstands repeated autoclave sterilisation.
