FAQs
What does forming without torquing mean?
The matched tips shape the wire in one plane only, so you can contour an arch without accidentally twisting torque into a rectangular wire.
How should the plier be cared for?
Clean and dry it fully before autoclaving, and keep the joint free of debris. Wire-bending pliers last longest when they are not used as cutters, which rounds the beaks and shortens their working life.
What material is this instrument made from?
It is made from hardened Japanese-standard (JIS) SUS 410J1 stainless steel and withstands repeated autoclave sterilisation.
