FAQs
Why use a dedicated buccal tube tweezer?
Buccal tubes are bulkier and sit further back than brackets. A tweezer profiled for the tube holds it square while you position it, which is difficult with a standard bracket tweezer at the back of the arch.
Can it be autoclaved between patients?
Yes. It is solid hardened stainless steel with no coatings or joints that trap debris, so it goes through a standard autoclave cycle with the rest of your bonding set.
What material is this instrument made from?
It is manufactured from Japanese-standard (JIS) SUS 410J1 stainless steel, heat-treated for hardness and long service life, and withstands repeated autoclave sterilisation.
